Also, if you decide to revoke my driver’s license because you cannot or will not comply with this request, please also provide me with an affidavit saying that I don’t need a driver’s license that I can show to the next officer who will try to illegally impound my car for driving without a license that I in fact don’t need anyway. The statute which authorizes this, by the way, only applies inside the “State of California”, but most police officers are not informed of this fact so as to encourage “voluntary” acquisition of driver’s licenses that in fact are not necessary for private citizens who are not engaged in “commerce” on the public roadways. If you do revoke my license, then I’m going down to Mexico to get one. < ---LOL In the event that you do not comply with the copyright license listed on this form and which applies to the attachment, you will be sued in court personally for the amount indicated for each instance of abuse of my personal information for purposes not related to the administration of the traffic laws in this state. You MAY NOT abuse my right to travel by compelling me to surrender my right to property and compelling me into becoming a “taxpayer” and a government “whore” in exchange for the “privilege” of driving on a public roadway which was paid for with my own hard-earned money. That is tyranny and I will not tolerate it!
