Also on the authority of omar who said;one day while we were sitting with the messenger of Allah there eared b4 us a man whose cloths were exceedinggly while and whose hair was exceedin black;no signs of journeying were to be seen on him and none of us knew him.He walked up n sat dwn by d prophet,resting his knees against his n placing the palms of his hands on his things,he said:O muhammad,tell me about islam. Islam is 2 testify dat there x no god but Allah n Muhammad is d messngr of Allah,to perform d pryers,2 pay d zakkat,2 fast in d Rmdn,n 2 make d pigrimate 2 d house if you are able 2 do so, He said.you hve spkn rightly,n we wre amazingd at him askng him n saying dat he hadspkn rightly. He said:it is 2 blve in Allah,his angels,his books,his messengers,n d lst day,n to be livine destiny,both d good n d evil thereof. He said;you hve spkn rghtly . He said ;den tell mi about ehsan , He said;It x 2 wrshp Allah as though you are seeing him,n while u c him nt yet truely He sees you. He said:den tell mi abt d hour, He said;d 1 qstnd abt it knws no btter dan d quetioner. He said;den tell mi abt its signs, He said;dat d slavegirl will gve brth 2her mistress n dat u will c d bareforted ,naked,destitude hardsman campeting in constructing lofty buildings. then he took himself off n I staying 4 a tym. Then he said.O! Omar,do u knw who d quaetioner was?I said;Allah n his messenger knw best. He said,He was jebreel{Gabriel}, who came to you to teach your religion.-Narrated by Muslim.
