Although Im walking with God, I discern that He has tightened the laces on my shoes. Some of the things that I used to do, I just cannot allow myself to do any longer. Just speaking for me. Doesnt mean it was sinful to do it, it just means that God is raising the bar for ME. Sometimes, the weight of your assignment requires a deeper consecration and greater focus. To whom much is given, much is required. I know too much and I can no longer claim ignorance. Doesnt mean Im super spiritual, it just means that I know who I am in God and what my purpose is. John the Baptist lived in the wilderness, ate locusts and wild honey, and wore camelss skin. Was he super spiritual? Samson could not let a razor touch his hair. Was he super spiritual? Neither were. They just knew what God required of them to preserve the potency of their anointing. And for one of them, a great price was paid when he allowed someone to trick him into telling them the secret of his consecration. So, dont judge those who may not share your convictions. And, likewise, those who dont have the same convictions should not judge those who do. To each his own. Just as long as YOU are obeying your God, thats all that should matter. Right? :) #obeyGod
