Always, always, always measure yourself when you weigh in each - TopicsExpress

Always, always, always measure yourself when you weigh in each week or bi weekly. Hips, waist, biceps, etc. I weighed myself and Im up 5 lbs from where I was a month ago but when measuring myself I am still the same. Ive been doing more strength training and less cardio so Ive been gaining muscle. Muscle is leaner than fat, so 1 lb of fat will measure bigger than 1 lb of muscle if you were to measure it with measuring tape. Just a reminder not to let the scale discourage you. makeemsweat.net/the-truth-on-converting-fat-to-muscle/
