Am I the only one who sees a problem here? A bunch of sub machine guns for USDA workers??? What in the hell is going on here? Weve got plenty of well trained people in various other agencies for WHATEVER the USDA thinks they need Ruger subguns for... I can assure you of that... Hell, weve trained and armed some of them.
