Am i really overqualified for the jobs the I apply for? No? Then why wont you hire me? I swear its getting more and more difficult to find and keep a job. Its like they really dont want to hire people whom have knowledge on how things are and how to better the work place. They want to keep the entry level employees and get rid of those who work hard at what they do. I dont know what I can do anymore. I apply and apply, no response whatsoever. Even if I follow up on a possibility. Why are we moving backwards and not forward, and create jobs rather than taking them away? Its like you either have the necessary qualifications, no more, no less. OR are certified, AND have a degree for any job out there, or you will not get hired. PERIOD. So my question is for all those businesses owners out there: Why not take a chance, and hire people who are over qualified and those whom are willing to learn the job and have the potential to succeed in your business? Why make it hard for those who need to make a living, when the economy is the way it is? Im just done with applying and applying, in HOPES to hear back for an interview, because there is no guarantee that I may have a way for you to even contact me.
