Amongst the mammals, we have captured so far on our trail cameras is roe deer. I have seen this deer species relatively frequently in the forest, including yesterday. Most of the time it is however from a fair distance. One of the females wanted however to say hello when she and her friends (a group of three deer; 2 does [female deer] and 1 buck [male deer]) came through the monitored area. As we had quite a few people joining us over the last week, I thought this is a nice way of welcoming you to our Facebook page.
