An angry and vicious German Shepard in a UK sanctuary met up with a cantankerous goose, and the two have become best friends who go on walks, play, sleep and eat together. Rex, the dog who was in danger of being put to sleep due to his aggressiveness, is no longer angry, and Geraldine the goose is his constant companion. Puriton Horse and Animal Rescue manager Sheila Brislin says They are very affectionate and hes always licking her head. She snuggles into him and they sleep together every night. They snuggle down together and Rex puts his leg over her to protect her. In the morning they have breakfast together. Its really sweet to see them.
