An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced RTO Student (Compliance) Coordinator to join the F-I-T team in Brisbane. Reporting to the Training Manager, the primary responsibilities include the: • Management and maintenance of all administrative systems and processes relative to the Registered Training Organisation; • Preparation, maintenance and update of training systems including course materials; • Liaison with trainers and students to ensure the collection of evidence requirements; • Provision of assistance to the Training Manager on RTO related to academic matters; • Preparation of statistics and reports; and, • Management and maintenance of the RTO Student Management System (Wisenet). Note: the applicant must demonstrate a high level of experience and competence in the field of student management that is supported by a strong understanding and capability to monitor compliance provisions within a RTO environment.
