The position/s are critical to the overall success of the restaurant therefore are seeking someone who has demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in fine dining, preferably in a premium, high end restaurant. This restaurant prides themselves in the delivery of the highest quality of food and service to their customers, therefore the successful person will also need to be highly motivated, have impeccable attention to detail, a management approach to the position & will work hands on with the team continuing to achieve & deliver exceptional food & service..
