An important piece of house keeping: We know you and your pet but we may not know who your partner, son, daughter in-law, distant relative or friends cousins uncle is, so if you are sending someone else to pick up Fido or Fluffy you need to let us know before hand - either when you drop off or give us a call and we will ask them questions to confirm that they are who they say they are. We dont hand your pet over to anyone we dont know :)
