An interesting comment on our microgreen article: I’ll never understand microgreen growers. That pictured pot is only enough greens for me alone to eat in two days, I mean I literally eat more greens from my non-micro garden that that. Couple this with the continual burden of reseeding, plus no new seed generation so you have to keep buying seeds, the barely there taste of micro plants, and the very high labor to cut those tiny things, and it makes no sense to me except for a cuteness factor. *Up to* three times more nutrients does not make up for full size plants having up to 1000′s of times more production… just one opinion, the world has gone mad. gardeningchannel/how-to-grow-microgreens-101/
