An open letter to those with power to bring the necessary changes to the family court system: Please do let me know when no further examples are necessary to show why it is asinine to continue to encourage divorce, monetize children, destroy families for profit, allow the family court to ignore laws, constitutional rights, rules of evidence, all while continuing to conduct such atrocities in secrecy, to incarcerate fit parents for ransom to pay created debts, and to create persons who have absolutely nothing left to lose. Since all efforts heretofore have fallen on deaf ears with no substantive changes thus resulting in tens of thousands of more victims and suicides, the more drastic measures now undertaken are entirely necessitated by the refusal to address the problem nearly everyone acknowledges exists. I reiterate that it is public record that after my wife of only seven years announced she was having an extramarital affair and filing for divorce, I sought only protection of my home and equal custody of my children. Anything I say or do after five years of no protection or relief for myself or the children who plead to live with me, is created entirely by the intolerable injustices of the corrupt family court system where my children and I are merely means to obtain matching federal funds and destruction of my life’s work to profit themselves and their cronies. Justice delayed is justice denied. I am morally and Constitutionally bound to oppose and expose such intolerable injustice.
