An unsecure barn located in the 12 thousand block of west Hwy. 326 was entered and someone stole assorted electric tools and other items with an estimated loss of 11 hundred dollars. Someone entered a home in the 17hundred block of Northeast 169 Ct in Magnolia Haven and stole property valued at five hundred dollars Detective Levay arrested William McGuirre after he stole checks from his work at Grandview Landscaping Services and forged them in order to cash them himself. He was transported to our gold star hotel. Someone broke into seven storage units at the Neighborhood Storage located on Southeast Hwy 484. One unit had a loss of 12hundred dollars worth of copper, with the remaining six claiming no loss other than the cut padlocks. Investigation revealed that on Oct. 21 Michael Andino got upset with an 8 year old child for saying a curse word at which time the Michael back handed the victim in the face causing bruising and swelling. He admitted to striking the victim and was placed under arrest and transported to the Gold Star Hotel. A home in the 24 hundred block of Northeast 32 Pl was broken into and stole electronics valued at 31 hundred dollars. Ryan Kutash-Frost left the CVS Store located on Southeast 109th Avenue in Summerfield with one hundred dollars worth of unpaid merchandise. Ryan was followed to the McDonald’s by a witness, where he entered a bathroom stall. Deputy Rendall entered the restroom and announced his presence and observed Ryan dispose of a container, which after being retrieved was found to contain a drug pipe and cocaine. Once placed under arrest the Ryan was found to be in possession of 10 pills later identified as Methadone along with marijuana. He was transported to our gold star hotel.
