An up-date: Kathy Manley managed to see Rafil on August 1st and says he seems to be doing pretty well, despite all the frustrating circumstances. He told her that he got most of his legal material back, and his glasses, and his Quran, but that the SHU is still extremely difficult. He still suspects they will gave him there until the 90 days is up Sept 18 and then possibly transfer him somewhere else: we’ll see. I’ve altered the information below to bring it up to date with the information Kathy has given us. Please be courteous when you call.
