This morning as I was coming out of sleep, before I opened my eyes, I literally saw the word GRATEFUL spelled out in my mind in white letters against a black background. I then took note that my current emotional state lined up with that word pretty powerfully, too. Normally, I must remind myself to count my many blessings and put some effort into maintaining that vibration, instead of my natural inclination to trip into perceiving things as negative. But, I totally believe in the power of the mind and thought, and so I always felt that this intentional daily adjustment to the Light was positive. My hope was to one day have retrained my negative natural vicious cycle. Today, I am GRATEFUL to see that it seems to be working.
