Anambra Guber Poll: APC May Profit from PDP, APGA Crisis The All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Labour Party (LP) may become the prime gainers from the current intra-party squabbles in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), resulting from the conduct of the Anambra State governorship election primaries. THISDAY gathered that there is a growing apprehension among leaders of PDP that the controversy trailing the outcome of the August 24 parallel primaries conducted by two rival party chairmen of the party may become an albatross to the party as the November 16 governorship election in the state draws closer. On its part, APGA is still grappling with crisis of confidence ignited by the conduct of the governorship primaries, which ended in favour of a former Executive Director of Fidelity Bank, Chief Willie Obiano. One of the disqualified governorship aspirants on the platform of APGA, Dr. Chike Obidigbo, had accused Governor Peter Obi, of being bias and deceitful in his handling of the processes leading to the party primaries.
