Anchor _________ #___ One local restaurant has built a loyal following for its big portions and bigger characters. ((Take VO)) Tiffany’s restaurant opened on Main Street in Noble in 2000. The restaurant was named after the famous Audrey Hepburn film “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. The walls inside feature numerous images of the famous actress along with newspaper clippings and images from the local Noble community. The business has stayed a family affair since Phyllis Fulcher started it, with her sons Gary and Donnie Hicks managing the inside and her grandsons Ian and Dylan working as servers. Tiffany’s has become a popular community gathering place for breakfast on weekends, and many folks find themselves coming back more for the camaraderie and community atmosphere than the food itself.
