And...Happy Sunday, FaceSoldiers!!!! Overcast & gloomy... cool..... we are hoping for rain. Continued drought does not bode well for life on this here prairie. We can do without lots of things, but water is not one of them. Not much happening today - a little TCM, and working on my American Flag shed bell..... Ding, ding. The high point of this fine Sunday will, without a doubt, be the turkey that Mrs. Baxter is now roasting, and the subsequent consumption thereof. She is very good to me. There IS cornbread stuffing involved. So, nyah, nyah, nyah..... Life is good, and we need to do it justice. Effort is required. Its way too easy for ol grouches like me to get the grumpies and stay all pissed off at nothing all the time. Naturally, it can also be pretty tough to quit whining and count my blessings. But I TRY. All we can do is TRY. And be grateful for the good things, and for the people who love us. Effort is required. Yall have a peaceful Sunday. xojb
