And because shes some kind of super hero, the little-Little asked me to have lunch with her today. I havent left the house in a week, friends. Ive been sleepin a bunch and starin off into space. But she asked me. And she knows I cant say no. I ran a couple of errands. By runnin errands, I mean, I sat in my van before goin inside anywhere and tried to get the psycho sister vibes under control. I think I did okay. I survived. No one called the police. That makes for proper errand runnin. I share this with you not for sympathy or encouragement, although both are nice and I appreciate the love. I share this cause my inbox gets flooded every time I talk about depression or anxiety. Many mamas out there live with one or both and thank me profusely for sharin what ails me so openly. The shame we feel for not bein able to give 100% usually keeps us silent. I love you, friends. I understand. And Im off to lunch with my baby girl no matter what the anxiety monster in my head has to say about it.
