… And he awoke: He should have been refreshed from a good nights sleep, but he felt somewhat drained…. He looked about him: his bed was in a state of disarray… His precious Teddy Bear, his constant nocturnal companion had been cast on the floor…. Legs akimbo and his one good eye needing a few more stitches to put it back in place…. Our intrepid hero wondered… was it real, or was it just a dream….? His gaze fell upon the end of the bed… a pair of extra-large knickers, with a reinforced gusset, complete with a 52” DD bra confirmed his worst fears… it had not been a dream…. It was all too real. Our intrepid hero cautiously slipped from under the duvet, and heard the sound of the shower running, in the en suite… With due modesty, he entered, to find his nocturnal companion in the shower… “I’ve dropped the soap” She entreated… “What do you suggest?” …. Our Intrepid Hero had the solution…. Opening the cupboard, he passed her his “Soap on a rope”… “Take this he said…” “Lash it to the shower base, and your problems are over”… Pleased that he had helped a damsel in distress, our Intrepid Hero opened the curtains, flung the windows open wide, beat his chest, and bellowed out a Tarzan call that would make Johnny Weissmuller envious…. Our hero had no time to waste in frivolous dalliances: He had sandwiches to make, and a bicycle to prepare: Today is Thursday: Today he rides with his companions!
