And it starts Minuteman Militia The government has declared that it will no longer honor the terms of the Constitution. We The People shaped a government, and documented the exact terms and conditions under which WE would grant government its power. WE grant the government its power … not the other way around. It was then further clarified that, that while we would grant certain powers to the government, We The People would only grant those powers if we retained certain rights. The Bill of Rights has a preamble that specifically spells out the reason for this. “THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.” The 2nd Amendment is part of that the Bill of Rights in which Preamble says “we put these clauses in there to prevent the misconstruction or abuse of Government powers.” Therefore the 2nd Amendment was clearly put in place as a means by which to check the power of Government. It was not put there for hunting, or in the event of foreign invasion… the Preamble of the Bill of Rights clearly states why those clauses were put in, and it was to “Prevent the abuse of Government power.” When that Government no longer honors it’s oath to preserve and protect the constitution, and not only fails to protect the constitution, but is itself the Destroyer of the Constitution, then all of the powers and authority granted to it by the consent of the governed, are Null and Void, and we can no longer be restrained by the illusion of imposed restrictions on our retained rights, by an illegal. We must remember that those Permissions and Rights were not granted to We The People by Government .. they were RETAINED by We The People when we gave the Government the Authority under which it was to operate. Unless We The People surrender those rights, it is for no one else to take them away, and we will use all of those Rights which we RETAIN to “Prevent the abuse of it’s powers.” And when the Government seeks to violate the terms of that agreement whereby we granted it power, it falls upon us to look towards the next most relevant document defining our rights as We The People…. The Declaration of Independence, in which it, in turn, clearly states: “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Natures God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government” I hereby submit that The President and Congress of the United States are no longer legal and valid entities, and are in fact a criminal organization granting themselves powers that were NOT granted to them by the Consent of The Governed, and as such, we hereby withdraw all such Consent and Authority under which it operates. Your authority is hereby rescinded. Free men will once again claim Liberty as theirs and their childrens, for it was not us that terminated this contract, but you who have decided that you have usurped enough power to operate outside of the law with impunity.
