And so... Here my story ends. The work is done. Your future starts here sweet Megan. Along time ago John Gatland befriended me. He followed the plight of the Galgos via our work at the stables and became a true friend. As time went by miss Lottie moved into John and Pams lives and low and behold Im a namesake.. for Lottie forms Charlotte. An official Auntie I am. As time has gone by John visited us many a time at finca 112 Carlota Galgos and became a part of the finca family. On the gypsy rescue John went with Dioni del Río to pick these battered and wasted souls up. Love washed all over John as he held Megan in his arms and melted. Destiny intervened and this galga.. wasted and poor. Tired and used.. lost and pained from a previous life of living hell had her life restored. She stands taller. Holds her head up. Proud to be her and knows that never again will the human hand bring pain. Megan.. my love. I do indeed ache for the magificent 7. You sweet girl show me.. as you all do to keep going. When my bodies tired and I ache in pain.. you show me keep going. Stand taller Charl. Hold on. For these lives depend on us. You show me why the sleepless nights are there. Why my heart is heavy. Why it smiles when I see you raise your head for the first time to not cower in a moment of newness. Megan. You can do this.. youre amazing my love. Stand up baby. Stand tall. Tell the world you made it. Tell them all your past has gone. That for all you stand for is beauty. Tranquility. Peace and serenity. We found you my love and your life has changed.
