MUST READ MINUTES!!! CORRECTION: WE FOUND THE LETTER! We have been fussing about the fact that the Calvert County Environmental Commission letter dated 10/29/2013 (in which the Commission advised the BOCC to delay a vote on the zoning ordinances related to the Dominion expansion) had not been made public by the BOCC. Well it turns out it has been on the County website all this time! It is attached to the Commissions October 28th minutes at this link co.cal.md.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/10282013-532 I suppose the BOCC knew that residents wouldnt appreciate the full implications of the Commissions letter unless we also read a summary of the discussions and guest testimony that led up to the letter. When you read the minutes, you will understand why. Our thanks again go out to the members of the Calvert County Environmental Commission for advocating on behalf of the health and well-being of Calvert residents and our delicate ecosystems. Our compliments go out to the Commissions Secretary for documenting the record so thoroughly.
