Anerdeenshire council (and the country) is going crazy!!! I wish all of these new refuse bins would fit into each other. Because i would put them all in one bin and let them collect them and recycle them, or send them to North Korea so they could be used for a purpose like growing rice or some thing constructive....does the council realise that we need some garden space in the summer to have a bbq???? What the F&£?
