Angels Among Us Pet Rescue 2 year-old, male dachshund mix seeks forever home!! (Atlanta, GA) Hi there people. My name is Rhys. That’s pronounced “Reece” in case you didn’t know. My foster mom says that my name fits me because I am a strong, handsome, ladies man. She just goes on and on about my pretty brown eyes. She says she doesn’t know how I ended up homeless because I am just the prettiest boy and so easy to love. I am a well-mannered little guy who sleeps all night and never makes a peep. I walk well on a leash and I always go potty when I go outside. I love my silly, furry, foster brother and I love my human siblings too. Foster mom says I am very smart and eager to please. I respond well when corrected. Yeah, I don’t know what that means either but I seem to make her really happy. Okay, if truth be told foster mom says there are just a few things I am working on. I have issues with men. One was mean to me once and it is taking me a while to trust them again. I love the kitties but for some reason they don’t like me chasing them all over the house so a cat-free home would probably be best. Sigh... I have marked my territory a couple of times but foster mom says that will be better once I’m….neutered? hmm.. I’m not sure what that means. Anyway, I’m kind of tired of all this moving around and I’ve been told I will be ready for my forever home in a couple of weeks and I just can’t wait! I’m going to make someone SO happy. You just wouldn’t believe what a catch I am; a real keeper. At least that’s what my foster mom says. She says I will make someone a wonderful best friend. Yeah, shes probably right.
