Anger In Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are close relationship between our emotions and each body organs and excessive emotions strongly affect our body health. For example, too much anger and frustration can cause imbalance in Liver and Gallbladder organs and meridians (Energy Channels) and disrupt their function. On the other hand, if there is an imbalance in the organ, it may present itself as a change in emotional health. Uncontrollable anger may indicate a disharmony in Liver and Gallbladder organs. Anger is a systemic phenomenon, with chronic anger having the potential to lead to disease and ill health in every bodily system.
