Announcing our next item in the 2014 auction: One dozen of Whoopee Pies. Zakiflavors has 3 Flavors of whoopee pies to chose from. Our original flavor is a airy candy cap mushroom butter cream sandwiched in between our delicate almond cakes the candy cap mushroom is exotic mushroom only found in northern California it gives off a flavor of rich maple. Our second flavor is a summer berry whoopee pie filled with a light cream cheese frosting and organic summer berries and a light dusting of powdered sugar. Our third flavor is a deep dark chocolate (gluten free) cake sandwiched in between is a vanilla bean whipped cream or a dark chocolate ganache.
