LIKE for Chicken Pastel at SHARE for Ube Maja Blanca! bit.ly/1tCWQBZ Carnation Chicken Pastel recipe: Ingredients: - 500g medium boneless chicken breasts, cubed - 1 can (305 grams) cream of mushroom soup - 1 cup Carnation Evap of all purpose cream - 1 small onion, chopped - 3 cloves of garlic, chopped - 1 large red or green bell pepper - 1/4 cup of green peas - 1⁄2 cup button mushrooms, sliced - 1⁄2 cup young corn - 1 small carrot, cubed - 2 medium potatoes, cubed - 3-4 tbsp of butter  salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Melt the butter in a preheated pan. Add in the onions and garlic and saute until they are fragrant. 2. Add the chicken and saute it until it’s light brown. 3. Add the button mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, young corn, and the potatoes. Season it with salt and pepper. Stir and fry until everything is well combined and fragrant. 4. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and Carnation Evap. Allow it to simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Carnation Ube Maja Blanca Ingredients: • 4 cups coconut milk • 3/4 cup cornstarch • 1 cup Carnation Condensada • 3/4 cup Carnation Evap • 3/4 cup granulated sugar • 15 ounces whole sweet kernel corn • 5 tbsp toasted grated coconut • 1⁄2 cup ube jam 1. Pour the coconut milk in a cooking pot and bring to a boil. 2. Add the sugar, condensed milk, and whole sweet kernel corn then stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Simmer for 8 minutes 3. Combine the evap milk and cornstarch then whisk until the cornstarch is diluted. 4. Pour the milk and cornstarch mixture in the cooking pot and stir thoroughly. 5. Allow to cook while stirring until the mixture reaches your desired thickness 6. Pour the mixture in a serving tray, drop spoonfuls of ube and use a knife to swirl and distribute ube jam. Then arrange and flatten the top. 7. Allow to cool down then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with toasted grated coconut
