Anon: Does anyone know of any full time work at the moment? Full time jobs seem so hard to come by! Ive been working solid since I was 16 and Im now 24. I need secured hours and more of a routine, I currently work in retail and the flexible contract after a year and a half is killing me slowly! Im contracted 16 but am doing over 30+ hours each week.. Going between early and late shifts, I cannot stable a sleep pattern, my work seem unreasonable to help me get a routine and set hours... I hate to want to leave as Ive actually settled so nicely and love my job but its the hours itself, random 3 hours shifts at 7pm at night till 10pm... Early morning starts and lates all over the weekend.. I have retail, admin and pa experience behind me, Ive had interviews recent but nobody seems to want to give me negative feedback to work on for future interviews Im their second choice ... Doesnt really help me, so now Ive decided to scout around... I need a more stable, sociable hours kind of role that can offer me full time and routine...and would love to free up my role for someones first job or less experience..Im always willing to put more hours in and work as hard as I can, Ill be happy to walk the streets and introduce myself to offices and places (which I have done with my cv) so if anyone can point me in the right direction Im willing to go far and beyond to land myself something soon! Thanks in advance for any advice/help you can give me!
