Anon asks I had a caesarean section over 4 months ago now after not being able to give birth naturally and have really struggled with the recovery. The area feels numb to touch and to be honest I prefer nothing to touch it at all because it feels so uncomfortable. Not only that but my insides still feel really messed up and while I have days where I feel great and feel like I might be finally recovering, I manage to pull something in there and it feels really painful and swollen again. I wondered if other C-section mums have experienced this and how long it was before they felt normal and fully recovered? It makes me really upset some days. I just want to be healthy and fit again and be an awesome active mum! Thanks. I love your page, recommended to me by a friend a few weeks ago. 😊
