Anon post: My little boy keeps coming out in a rash on both sides of his face and head only. The rest of his body is totally clear. Doctor prescribed steroid cream and to moisturise with it... I used the steroid cream for a week and silcocks base and his skin cleared up perfectly. But within a few days of stopping the steroid cream the rash comes back again. Tried the same process again with the steroid cream and aveno dermexa and again skin cleared up but the minute I stop using the steroid cream the rash starts again. It gets so bad that he eventually needs an antibiotic. Doctor told me just to keep using the steroid cream every day but I dont really like the idea of doing that long term... he said its just dry skin and will eventually go. Any ideas whats the best thing I can do or use to treat this without having to keep putting the steroid cream on? Thanks
