Anonymous Question: Im 28. I was diagnosed with crohns disease in 2006. I have a weird mass in my rectum. I thought it was a hemorroid at first but now Im not so sure. Its not really painful but whenever I have a bm I can feel and see a huge mass coming out. It never feels like I empty my bowel all the way and Im always going... Im starting to freak out it could be a tumor! Whats the difference between having a tumor and hemorroid?
