Another Rich update: So far today he has been able to follow 3, simple one step directions. This may not sound like much, but it is the first time in years he has been able to follow ANY direction. One direction involved making a choice (pick a t-shirt) This may not sound like much, but he hasnt been able to do that in years! You dont know how much you take for granted until you go through something like this.
