Another amazing day of Open competition today. 14.3 is all about that deadlift so unsurprisingly our big lifters topped the scoreboard- great work Stevie and Paul Morris. I wonder if either will squeeze in a s second attempt to nudge ahead before Mondays deadline??? Amazing work also from Hannah taking the lead for the Evolving ladies! Talking of deadlifts its not all about the biggest score- big shout to David Arnold for setting yet another PR today and to Jim W for maintaining fantastic form from the first rep to the last. Also great to have visiting athletes from across the river and across the pond and to welcome back evolving alumni Tim. Great work guys I hope you all enjoyed the challenge- dont forget to register your scores!!!
