Another day when my family make me so very proud of them again, from grandchildren, children, cousins and their partners and families, not forgetting all the friends too. They walked 12 miles from Dumbarton to the Beatson Cancer Unit and we raised £2130 for the Joan MacGregor Matrimonial Fund a fantastic amount. Thanks to Robert Quinn who came along supported us also put the walk on other facebooks and raised us extra cash. Thanks to the cafe in Old Kilpatrick who let us all troop in to use his loos. We were outside the Beatson an a lovely guy in a lambergini asked what the fund was for and gave me a £100, life is full of surprises and people never cease to amaze me. I am one very proud lady whose arthritis is killing her but it was worth every minute, thank you so much to all who sponsored everyone. Luv, Kathleen xx
