Another example of a common theme from this past session. The Governor proposed major spending initiatives but shirked his resposibility to propose a budget to fund them - he simply passed the buck over to the legislature. This bill actually got strong bi-partisan support. We have a governor more interested in scoring political points than advancing sound policy. His failure to lead or work in collaboration with the legislature even sabotages his own initiatives. He doesnt know how to get things done. We need change in the Blaine House. I like Mike.
