Comments: To whom it may concern, the purpose of this email is to solely allow you to be aware of what type I employee and service you have at your speedy oil in Raynham Massachusetts. Being a female I have always came to the impression that id get taken advantage pertaining to my car and my car problems because I know nothing of the matter. Absolutely every time I come to get my oil changed I am always greeted by your employee Brian. His smile brightens up my day the instance I walk into your establishment. His knowledge and customer service is always excellent. He has never steered me in the wrong direction or pressured me into doing something that needs to be done. I went into today, Tuesday November 12th, it wasnt too busy he seemed to be the only one there today, which didnt bother me because he is the only person I trust with my car. And even though he seemed to be busy with something else he still came to greet me with that smile that puts me at ease. Now most employers arent aware of what goes on in their establishment, whether it good or bad, but the work ethic of Brian has never been anything short of excellent. He is one of the most trustworthy and honest worker that has ever worked on mine or any of my families car. Most customers use these comments to complain about their service but I believe Brian deserves the credit where its due. Hes a great worker and you guys are very lucky to have him working for you.
