Hello Mr Dirt Bike Rider, Your enquiry was recently forwarded to me for response regarding a permit to have off road motorcycles in the Bay View Conservation Area. It has been determined that the activity is not consistent with the use of the park and is not compatible with the activities that are permitted in this area. As a matter of public safety and in the interests of all users and primary purpose of conservation your request for a permit is declined in this instance. There are no identified legal sites for this activity within the City limits. As an alternative site, Council have contributed to off road motor cycle facilities at Wyaralong and this provides a safe venue for all riders and visitors.
