Another repost before Shitstar hides it from their timeline Yesterday someone from your appalling excuse for an airline called to arrange to refund the money that you charged me for an exit row seat that I wasnt allowed to have. Apparently its a safety issue that I have a moon boot so I cant sit in an exit row however it isnt that you make your passengers in Perth walk down aluminium stairs (slippy as f%^& in the wet) and across the tarmac to doors that at least on one occasion recently - have not been unlocked. Interestingly this woman couldnt find any evidence that Id flown on Crapstar in last year (I wish) and consequently almost a month later I still dont have my money back. I wonder how CASA feels about the safety standards of an airline (sic) that doesnt know who is on board. You truly are a miserable excuse for a service provider.
