EVERYONE...I am looking for the following items or help to make this a great event. Remember there is no budget for this event, we start with zero and end with zero after all money raised is donated back to the school for small programs...This event takes from now until October to set up and plan so we really need help with the following.... 1- We need 10 tablecloths from the dollar store- 5 yellow and 5 blue ($10 donation from someone who can commit and drop to me before the event) 2- We need 20 Helium Mylar balloons to scatter around field from dollar store, again half gold half blue ($20 donation from someone who can commit and bring to the field by 11am the day of the event) 3- We are looking for donations to the Chinese Auction--Where are all my independent business people, small business owners, local Morrisville businesses looking to help their home town school by donating a gift basket or items to be included in a basket. All items would be dropped off to me between now and September 30th 2014 in order to make sure ALL Baskets can be made up, numbered and prepped for the event. 4- We are looking for a few volunteers for the day of the event...we will need people for registration table, Chinese auction tickets, 50/50 tickets, setup, cleanup etc. If you can help that day please PM me. We would like to get a big number so we can split the day up into an hour each so everyone gets to enjoy the fun. 5- We are looking for Bakers to bake and wrap individual baked items for sale that day as well as people to cover the table. All items would need to be wrapped into small packs or individually and dropped to Bake Table by 11am the day of the event. 6- We are looking for someone to donate a few rolls of tickets....One for 50/50s and one for Chinese Auction 7- We are looking for local Morrisville vendors like Avon, jewelry, 31 etc who might want set up a table that day as a vendor...There will be a charge of $10 for a spot, this is ONLY for a spot, you must provide your own tables...I will have a Vendor form to send out as people sign up 8- We are looking for at least 6 canopies to borrow that day. I would need someone to confirm and commit and help us by dropping at the event by 10am that day as well as picking back up. I know, seems like a lot, but every year Ive borrowed and picked up/set up and delivered back home and Im a little older now so if anyone can help with this would be great. 9- We are looking for someone who has a connection with any company that might consider donating the use of one or two port a pots for the vent. Yes, donate since there is no budget. we really need help with this since the one bathroom at the park was overused last year and we are required to assist with port-o-pot this year.
