Another slap in the face from local authorities to real musicians out there. This Guy is clearly not a musician. Filmed yesterday outside Tesco Supermarket on the busiest day of the year. This infuriates me. Asked a Greenwich Warden, why I need a busking licence, and public liability insurance, yet this Guy can get away with playing the same thing all day, and mumbling. They call it Diversity and Culture. What the?!
