Another sleepless night in Jamestown! Went to bed at 10. A neighbor dog was barking for over a half hour. That irritated me. When Don came to bed, I told him about that. He turned the air up to a faster speed. I saw every hour all night; I got up and went downstairs to see if I could rest better down there. Every time I felt I could maybe fall asleep, my legs would start twitching. I did everything that is reccomended to help sleep, but nothing has worked. I will try to sleep for an hour or so today.
