Another successful cooking event! 3rd Champion Mom Young Iron Chef cooking competition was a lot of fun and successful! Thank you so much for your participation to make a difference for your family and join the movement to create healthy change and inspire others! I am so proud of you all and you are truly Champions for Change. We gave away crock pots donated from Wal-mart. Farmers market is a center piece to connect community together. Please come out to down-town market on Wednesday and fairground on Saturday and Sundays in Gasquet and Klamath as well to meet the local farmers and buy locals and support local agriculture and business. Take advantage of Match program at the market as well if you have SNAP benefit. Use your SNAP at the market, you will get additional match coins you can purchase fresh produce with.
