Another sugar free trick Ive experimented with this week that worked out really well: Take a cup of frozen fruit and blend with one tablespoon chia seed. The chia acts as a sort of pectin creating...Instant Jam! Spruce it up with a little agave or honey or eat plain. Just stick in the fridge and its good for a week. Bam! No canning and no cringing over nutritional labels. Bonus, chia is high in protein, calcium and iron. What Michael Scott might call a win-win-win-win situation.
