Anxiety, depression and self loathing are often symptoms of one fact. Your current experience of life doesnt align with the vision of your life at this time. Somewhere along the way, you envisioned your life to look a certain way at a certain time frame for you. When that vision didnt line up with your current experience.. The aforementioned sets in. The solution isnt pills to put a band aid on the issue. Simply catch a new vision for yourself. Get honest about where youre at in life. Grab the lessons from your mistakes. Dial in, cast a new vision. Commit to seeing it through. WRITE OUT a game plan with specifc action items you MUST take to realize your vision. Get to work. Simple... Life isnt hard, yet most complicate it so that they can live with excuses and sleep at night. Be responsible, be accountable to yourself, grab a vision, game plan your vision, execute with discipline every day.. You can realize and LIVE your vision.
