In other words, transformation or development of ones mind into the mind of Christ is essential for growth in the body of Christ (Ro. 12:2, KJV). Excluding this spiritual development of the mind only portrays a fictitious growth of dysfunctional people in the church, as Christians. As a child of God, being different is the peculiarity of your character development in Christ, displaying who God is before the world (1 Peter 2:9, KJV).
