#Any leader that leads in a domineering, autocratic, bossy, dictatorial, high-handed manner must also be subject to such authority, or such would be a double standard, pharisiac, dictator, who is sure to eventually become a tyrant. Men become tyrants like Hitler because they succeed in building a double standard, controlling, and manipulative system around themselves. When something is right, leadership must IMPOSE it. When something is necessary leadership must ENFORCE it. Leadership must not sacrifice RIGHTEOUSNESS and NECESSITY on the alter of love and grace; simply because the spirit of love is right and the spirit of grace is necessary. Pauls letter to Philemon concerning a certain Onesimus reads;Therefore, although in Christ I could be bold and order you to do what you OUGHT TO DO, 9 yet I prefer to appeal to you on the basis of love... 14 But I did not want to do anything without your consent, so that any favor you do would not seem forced but would be voluntary, (that your goodness would not be as of necessity, but of free will). Notice that Paul #PLACED DEMAND, on what is RIGHT and NECESSARY from Philemon, even though he was using entreaties (plea, appeal, request, petition, cry from the heart), rather than using domineering authority! Any leader that is submissive, subservient, surrendering, yielding, must also be treated in such measure. Then I remember Jesus, washing the feet of His disciples, and I get it FINALLY - #TRUE LEADERSHIP IS CONSISTENTLY BY EXAMPLES UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS AND NECCESITY; If a mans examples isnt worth emulating, rather than cling to leadership like its his inalienable right, he must step down from leading.
