Anyone knows why Zahid Komedi made the 160 degree about turn yesterday on his earlier threat to revoke the passports of dissidents Alvin Tan and Ali Abdul Jalil in their absence? Well, apart from his apparent spineless and clueless leadership of the Home Affairs Ministry, today is International Human Rights Day. And the United Nations Convention on Human Rights does not allow for such revocation passports of citizens, for whatever reasons. Malaysia is one of the signatory to the Convention. So you see, all the recent silly racism tinged antics by Najibs mandarins in Putrajaya is but just like the noxious kentut into the wind.
