Anyone out there not hate Express Scripts!? Ugh! I went to the Dr on Friday who faxed over a renewal prescription for one that had expired. I have called ES every day since to see if it was received...multiple people told me no. I called the Dr who confirmed it was sent. I called ES back tonite and asked for help b/c I dont know what to do and I need the prescript filled...then the lady tells me they reached out to my Dr when it expired to have it extended for one more fill. That is actually pretty great but when I asked why the last friggin 6 people I talked to couldnt tell me that she told me I didnt ask the correct question since I only asked if they got the prescript. Despite the fact that I told each and every one of them that this is a renewal for an expired one I should have asked did you reach out to my Dr and have it extended for me? Guess Ill know the magic question for next time. Im still working on the magic question for where the hell the prescript sent on Friday is b/c that is still MIA.
